What is The Military Buyer's Guide? The Military Buyer's Guide is a monthly advertising publication. In the past it was direct mailed. Now, with the launching of our new website on five different radio stations, The Military Buyer’s Guide will be displayed all over JBER.  Who is it for? The discounts and services we advertise are intended for:  active duty service members, retired service members, Guard and Reserve members, and D.O.D. employees. In the summer of 2010 The Military Buyer’s Guide will be expanded to the Fairbanks military installations.  Are we authorized? TMBG adheres to all Department of Defense regulations for media. We take great pride in the fact that we will not allow an advertising placement in our guide that has preyed on service members in the past, or has the potential to do so in the future; and our focus is always family oriented. Why we do it? We just want to say thank you.  We know our freedom comes at a great price.  The United States service members, and their families sacrifice so much to keep us safe.  We want to give back to those who give so much.
